Our take on the Uniwit Mini
The Uniwit Mini is a 2.2 inch condenser microphone on a desk stand, for streamers who need a basic mic for a phone or laptop. It is tracked at $7.99 and has not moved across 3 points from Aug 9 to Oct 1, 2026, so there is no sale to wait on. The retailer score is 3.8 across 16,083 ratings.
It connects through a 3.5mm plug and needs no external power. Phones without a 3.5mm jack need an adapter, and a USB-only PC does too. The listing gives a frequency response up to 20 kHz and a sensitivity of 30 dB. The pickup is unidirectional. Android phones only let you hear the recording afterward, per the notes, so live monitoring may not work. For a serious stream, a USB or XLR mic will sound far better.
