Our take on the Glidecam XR-PRO
The Glidecam XR-PRO is a handheld camera stabilizer for DSLR cameras up to 10 pounds, for IRL streamers who walk with a heavier camera. At $129 the price held across three checks from August 9 to October 1, 2026.
It is a mechanical stabilizer with no motors or batteries, and it weighs 3.5kg. The weight of the unit itself adds to arm fatigue on a long walk. The listing gives few details beyond the camera weight limit, so check balance and setup requirements elsewhere. Retailer rating is 4.0 across only 54 ratings.
