Our take on the LG UltraGear 27GL850-B QHD 144Hz
The LG UltraGear 27GL850-B is a QHD gaming monitor rated at 160Hz, a sharp main screen for streamers who play and run OBS on one desk. At a tracked $345 it sits at the bottom of its $345 to $365 range between Aug 9 and Oct 19, 2026, so there is no clear sale to wait for. The retailer score is 4.7 across 4,277 ratings.
The spec sheet gives a native 2560 x 1440 resolution, which leaves room for a game window next to chat or OBS on a single panel. It lists FreeSync Premium, HDR10 and a 1 millisecond motion blur setting, plus a stand that tilts, raises and pivots. FreeSync is aimed at AMD cards, so check your GPU. The listing text also mentions a 3440 x 1440 ultrawide format, which conflicts with the spec, so confirm the size before you buy.
