Which streamers use the KZ ZAX?
Community gear trackers tie the KZ ZAX to 1 streamer we cover, including JoeWo. Reported means trackers agree and nothing first-party confirms it; each streamer page labels its evidence line by line.

Our take on the KZ ZAX

The KZ ZAX is a wired in-ear monitor with a 1DD+7BA hybrid driver set, for streamers who want detailed audio in a small pair. It uses a detachable cable.

One dynamic driver is paired with seven balanced armatures. The dynamic driver is 10mm. Shells combine zinc alloy and a transparent cavity. The cable is silver-plated oxygen-free copper. A version with a mic is available. Retailers rate it 4.6 across 548 ratings. Because the mic is an optional version, check which one you order if you need to talk on stream.

Pros
  • One dynamic plus seven balanced armature drivers
  • Detachable silver-plated cable
  • Zinc alloy faceplate
Cons
  • Mic is an optional version
  • Wired in-ear fit
