Our take on the Razer Viper 8KHz
The Razer Viper 8KHz is a wired 71 gram esports mouse with 8000Hz polling, for streamers who play fast shooters. At a tracked $69.95 it sits at the low of its $69.95 to $75.91 range from Aug 9 to Oct 1, 2026. The retailer score is 4.3 across only 120 ratings.
The listing gives a Focus+ 20K optical sensor, second-generation optical switches rated for 70 million clicks, and a woven Speedflex cable with little drag. Five onboard profiles store keybinds and macros, with Hypershift doubling the inputs. The shape is ambidextrous and this is the ESL Edition. The 8000Hz rate is the headline spec, though you will not notice it unless your game and monitor can use it.

- 71 grams with a flexible Speedflex cable
- 5 onboard profiles with Hypershift
