Our take on the RØDE PodMic USB
The RØDE PodMic USB is a dynamic mic with both XLR and USB-C outputs, for streamers who want a mic that works now and with an interface later. At a tracked $190 the price has barely moved, between $189 and $190 since August 12, 2026.
The USB output has Aphex processing for compression and presence, set up with a free app. A headphone jack on the mic gives zero-latency monitoring. The capsule is tuned for speech, and a pop filter and internal shock mount are built in. The processing applies to the USB output only. A swing mount, USB-C cable and pouch are in the box. Retailer rating is 4.3 across 1,326 ratings.
