Our take on the MSI MAG A850GL
The MSI MAG A850GL is an 850W fully modular ATX power supply with an 80 PLUS Gold rating, for a stream PC that pairs a strong GPU with capture gear. At a tracked $109.99 it sits mid-range inside its $94.99 to $117.99 band, tracked over 15 points from Jun 26 to Oct 19, 2026. The retailer score is 4.4 across 2,071 ratings.
Fully modular cables let you leave unused ones out, which keeps the airflow clear for a camera-facing case. The model name lists PCIE5, and the features say ATX 3.1 and PCIE 5.1, so it fits newer GPUs. A 10 year limited warranty is listed. The unit measures 12 x 8.75 x 4.92 inches, so check your case for room. A $15 drop would put it at its recent low, so a short wait could help.

- ATX 3.1 and PCIE 5.1 support listed
