Our take on the Sony α6700
The Sony α6700 is a 26MP APS-C mirrorless camera with AI subject tracking, a strong face cam for streamers who want sharp video. At a tracked $1,498 the price has stayed flat across 11 points from August 12 to October 19, 2026.
The listing gives 4K 60p with 6K oversampling at 4:2:2 10-bit, and 4K 120p for slow motion. A dedicated AI processor helps it follow a subject, so it should hold focus on your face as you move. It uses Sony E-mount lenses and weighs 14.5 ounces. As a real camera it needs a capture card for OBS. Retailer rating is 4.6 across 386 ratings.
