Our take on the Aputure MT Pro
The Aputure MT Pro is a one-foot RGBWW tube light, suited to a streamer who wants colored accent lighting behind a desk.
The tracked price is $199, flat across three points from August 26 to October 1, 2026, so there is no sale pattern to wait for. The listing gives 36 pixel-mappable RGBWW pixels, color temperature from 2,000K to 10,000K and a CRI of 95 or more. It uses 7.5W of power. Control is through the Sidus Link app, DMX or CRMX. Magnets on the back let you stick it to metal surfaces. Battery life is listed at 120 minutes. Rated 4.4 across 64 retailer ratings.
- 36 pixels for effects across one tube
- 2,000K to 10,000K color temperature
- Magnets on the back for easy placement
- 7.5W is for accents, not as a key light
- Battery life is 120 minutes
Where it fits in a build
A lit face reads as higher production than any camera upgrade. At a desk one key light is enough; in the field a pocket light on the rig keeps you visible after dark. See every lighting pick

We do not lab-test hardware. Ratings and review counts come from the retailer listing and are labelled as such; stream-quality figures are conservative planning budgets from our published model.
