Our take on the Elgato Wave Mic Arm Pro
The Elgato Wave Mic Arm Pro is a gas-spring boom arm for streamers who want a mic that moves silently and stays out of frame. At a tracked $149.99 it sits at the bottom of its $149.99 to $179.99 range across eight points from August 25 to October 19, 2026.
The load limit is the number to check: it holds up to 3 kilograms, or 6.6 pounds, including accessories, so most large condenser mics with a shock mount fit. The clamp suits desks up to 60 millimeters thick. Magnetic covers hide the cables along the arm. Since the price is at its tracked low, there is little reason to wait. It has 4.6 across 377 retailer ratings.

We do not lab-test hardware. Ratings and review counts come from the retailer listing and are labelled as such; stream-quality figures are conservative planning budgets from our published model. Prices are tracked at build time, not live, and were last refreshed 2026-10-22. How the numbers are derived: methodology. How picks are chosen: editorial policy.
