Our take on the Sigma 35mm f/1.4 DG HSM Art
The Sigma 35mm f/1.4 DG HSM Art in Sony E mount is a full-frame prime lens, for streamers with a Sony mirrorless camera who want a soft background. At a tracked $899.99 it sits at the top of its $462 to $899.99 range from Aug 9 to Oct 1, 2026, so this is a strong wait-for-a-sale buy. The retailer score is 4.7 across 670 ratings.
The lens has an aperture range of f/1.4 to f/16, a hyper-sonic focusing motor and a rounded 9 blade diaphragm. It uses two aspherical elements with super multi-layer coating, and Sigma USB dock compatibility is listed.
