Our take on the Lens Kit
The Lens Kit bundles the Sigma 28-70mm f/2.8 DG DN Contemporary for Sony E with a bag insert and a 64GB card. At $989 the price held across three checks from August 9 to October 1, 2026.
The kit also includes a Sigma lens cap, rear cap, hood and case, so the lens is ready to mount and carry. The constant f/2.8 aperture helps in a dim room. The lens starts at 28mm, so a close desk camera may not show a wide scene. Retailer rating is 5 but across only 25 ratings, so the sample is small.
- Constant f/2.8 zoom for Sony E-mount
- Includes hood, caps, case and a 64GB card
- Retailer rating of 5 across 25 ratings
- Only 25 retailer ratings
- 28mm wide end is tight for close desk cameras
- Price held flat, so no sale to wait for
