Our take on the Sennheiser HD 660S2
The Sennheiser HD 660S2 is a wired open-back headphone with 42 mm drivers and 300 ohm impedance, for streamers who edit and mix. It has no mic. At a tracked $479.95 it sits in the middle of a $433.28 to $499 range since August 12, 2026.
The listing stresses extended sub-bass, a spacious soundstage and breathable cushions for long sessions. The 300 ohm rating suits a proper headphone amp better than a weak jack. Open-back cups let sound out, so they are poor choices when a live mic sits nearby. The weight is listed as 0.3 kg. Retailer rating is 4.5 across 800 ratings.
