Our take on the hohem iSteady M6 Kit Gimbal
The hohem iSteady M6 Kit is a phone gimbal with an AI tracker and fill light, a pick for solo IRL streamers who want one rig.
At a tracked $146.30 it sits at the top of a $125.40 to $146.30 range across 9 points from August 26 to October 19, 2026, so a dip may come. The tracker handles face and body tracking without Bluetooth or an app, and the fill light helps in dim places. It uses iSteady 7.0 stabilization and an Inception mode that spins the phone 360 degrees. Load limit is 0.88 pounds, and there are four expansion ports. Retailer rating is 4.3 across 1,469 ratings.
- AI tracker with fill light included
- Works without Bluetooth or an app
- Four expansion ports for accessories
- Tracked price is at the top of its range
- Older iSteady 7.0 stabilization

We do not lab-test hardware. Ratings and review counts come from the retailer listing and are labelled as such; stream-quality figures are conservative planning budgets from our published model. Prices are tracked at build time, not live, and were last refreshed 2026-10-22. How the numbers are derived: methodology. How picks are chosen: editorial policy.
