Our take on the NEWCARE 4K60 HDR Pass-Through Capture Card
The NEWCARE 4K60 HDR capture card passes 4K60 HDR to your TV and records at 1080p60, for console streamers who want a better screen.
Its tracked $58.99 has not moved across 3 points from August 26 to October 1, 2026. It has USB 3.0 and Type-C connections, an aluminum body, a 3.5mm mic input for live commentary and a 3.5mm audio output. The stream is capped at 1080p at 60fps, so the 4K is only for what you see. We do not lab-test hardware. Ratings and review counts come from the retailer listing and are labelled as such; stream-quality figures are conservative planning budgets from our published model. Prices are tracked at build time, not live, and were last refreshed 2026-10-22. How the numbers are derived: methodology. How picks are chosen: editorial policy.
