What it contributes to the stream
This part alone, with every other slot assumed generous and a platform that allows the tier. Your build's real verdict is the lowest ceiling across all its slots, which is what the configurator computes. Conservative planning budgets, not measurements: methodology.
Our take on the NexiGo N60 1080p
The NexiGo N60 is a 1080p webcam capped at 30 frames per second, which makes it a budget face cam for an overlay rather than a main shot. At a tracked $24.99 it sits near the bottom of its $21.97 to $39.99 range since June 2023, so there is little reason to wait for a sale.
For streaming, the 30fps cap is the thing to know: beside 60fps gameplay a 30fps face cam looks slightly stepped, which most viewers forgive in a corner overlay. It plugs into USB 2.0 with no drivers and shows up in OBS as a standard video device. The built-in mic is fine for calls, but any dedicated mic will sound far better on stream.
- Under $25 tracked, close to its lowest recorded price
- No-driver USB setup that OBS picks up straight away
- Adjustable field of view and a privacy cover
- Capped at 1080p30, so motion looks less smooth than 60fps cams
- Built-in mic is a call mic, not a stream mic
