Our take on the Westcott X-Drop Pro 8x13 Sweep
The Westcott X-Drop Pro 8x13 Sweep is a large chroma key blue backdrop, 8 by 13 feet with a sweep that runs from wall to floor. It suits streamers with a dedicated room who want a keyed background with no visible corners. At a tracked $99.90 it was flat across three points from August 25 to October 1, 2026.
The sweep shape matters for full body shots, since the floor and wall share one surface and you light them together. It is blue, not green, so check your key settings. The size needs real floor space and a stand sold separately. It weighs 4.3 pounds. It has 4.5 across 64 retailer ratings, a thin pool for a purchase this size.
- 8 by 13 foot sweep covers wall and floor
- Wrinkle-resistant polyester fabric per the listing
- Lightweight at 4.3 pounds for the size
- Blue, not green, for keying
- Needs a large room and a separate frame
- Only 64 retailer ratings

We do not lab-test hardware. Ratings and review counts come from the retailer listing and are labelled as such; stream-quality figures are conservative planning budgets from our published model. Prices are tracked at build time, not live, and were last refreshed 2026-10-22. How the numbers are derived: methodology. How picks are chosen: editorial policy.
